I have got a problem with pests, will my landlord help?

Animal pests such as rats, mice or insects are wild animals over which your landlord does not have control. If you find them in your property we may be able to assist you to remove or deter them. On many occasions the problem can be resolved quickly by using products available at hardware or DIY st ores. Sometimes a specialist pest control company may need to be employed.
Bees are not normally considered pests as they produce honey and are good for the environment. Pest control companies will not normally destroy bee’s nests.
