How much deposit will I be required to pay before I move in?

We ask for a holding deposit initially, equivalent to one weeks rent. This will then be used towards the move in money balance once references have been approved. The move in money required will be the first month’s rent plus a security deposit amount (equivalent to 5 weeks rent). We will need to have confirmed receipt of cleared funds for the move in monies before key handover on the tenancy start date.
